Growing Resistance Throughout Europe

Dutch Farmers Demand Vaccination Instead of Slaughter
bs. For the second time this week Dutch farmers in Kootwijekerbroek, a village in the Netherlands, tried to prevent healthy animals from being killed by means of blockades.
The big roads leading to the farms were blocked by tractors and other agricultural machines, foot paths were barred by tree trunks and rubble. Ugly scuffles with the villagers arose when mobile police units (ME) wanted to remove the blockades. This week 22 demonstrators were arrested. The farmers and their families are demanding vaccination of their healthy animals instead of them being slaughtered.
